TSH RESOURCES BERHAD (TSH) announced that it cancelled 100,000,000 treasury shares on Mar, 02 2026.

Following the cancellation, the company’s issued capital was reduced to 1,281,802,509 shares, according to the filing dated Mar, 03 2026.

TSH said it continues to hold 21,877,900 shares in treasury and did not sell, transfer or distribute any treasury shares during the period.
