According to reports, on August 20th at 4:58 PM, the "HAIDILAO Seasoning Official Flagship Store" livestream was selling a product called "HAIDILAO Rich Broth Rice Noodles Official Flagship Store Instant Rice Noodles Family Late Night Snack Instant Noodles Hot and Sour Noodles Bagged Vermicelli", claiming it was "0 fried rice noodles" and "0 artificial coloring additives" among other features. Although the product detail page listed information such as shelf life, origin, allergen information, and storage conditions, it did not directly display the ingredient list, and the packaging images remained unreadable even when enlarged. Only after customer service provided photos upon request did the complete ingredient and allergen information for each seasoning packet of the rice noodles become fully visible.

Additionally, on August 12th at 10:31 PM, the "HAIDILAO Official Flagship Store" livestream was selling a "HAIDILAO 500g Meatball Set Fish Balls×1 Crab Sticks×1 Crispy Bone Fish Tofu×1" package. The product information only indicated the weight of each type of meatball but did not disclose the ingredients for each type of meatball. Customer service only provided outer packaging photos afterwards.
