Planetree International Development Limited (stock code: 613) announced an extension of the long stop date under its share swap agreement with Oshidori International Holdings Limited (stock code: 622). The new long stop date has been moved from 5:00 p.m. on 2 December 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on 17 December 2025.

According to the original announcement, all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged, and the revised timetable follows mutual agreement between the two parties.
