TG SMART ENERGY (01083) has announced a change in the leadership of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. Dr. Christine Loh, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as the Chair of the ESG Committee. She succeeds Mr. Huang Weiyi in the role. Mr. Huang will continue to serve as a member of the committee. These changes are effective from March 20, 2026.
