Mar, 27 2026 — SIIC Environment Holdings (BHK) has released its latest annual report, the accompanying circular and the notice of its upcoming annual general meeting on both the company website (www.siicenv.com) and the HKEXnews portal.

The Singapore-listed water and environmental solutions provider confirmed that, following the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing initiative that took effect on Dec, 31 2023, it will distribute all future corporate communications electronically. Both English and Chinese versions of these documents will be accessible online, replacing printed mailings.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive electronic notifications are advised to supply functional email addresses to their brokers, banks, custodians or other intermediaries. Printed copies of corporate communications will remain available free of charge upon request through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services.
