Chiho Environmental Group Limited (“CHIHO ENV”) has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Mr. Fu Tao, Mr. Yang Wei and Ms. Zhou Shuli as executive directors, effective 10 August 2026.

The three executives, aged 46, 40 and 50 respectively, bring backgrounds spanning investment banking, actuarial science and human-capital management:

• Mr. Fu Tao – 20 years’ experience in enterprise management, risk control and M&A; previously vice-president of Chiho-Tiande (HK) Limited. • Mr. Yang Wei – Associate professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with a PhD in actuarial science. • Ms. Zhou Shuli – Two decades in HR and investment management, most recently deputy general manager of Shanghai Deyin Enterprise Management.

Service terms • Initial one-year contracts, terminable with one month’s written notice. • All three are subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting.

Compensation • Director’s fee: HK$50,000 per month for each appointee. • Mr. Fu receives an additional basic salary of HK$100,000 per month under a separate employment contract with subsidiary Chiho-Tiande (HK) Limited. • Remuneration will be reviewed annually by the board and its remuneration committee.

Board-committee adjustments (effective 10 August 2026) • Mr. Fu joins the Executive Committee, Strategy & Investment Committee and Pricing Committee. • Ms. Zhou becomes a member of the Nomination Committee.

All three new directors confirmed they hold no shares in CHIHO ENV and have no relationships with substantial shareholders, directors or senior management of the company.
