China National Culture Group Limited (Stock Code: 745) Announces 2025 Interim Results

China National Culture Group Limited (Stock Code: 745) has released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. During the period under review, the Group recorded revenue of approximately HK$27.78 million, an increase from HK$26.07 million in the previous year’s comparable period. Gross profit stood at around HK$5.16 million, reflecting an improving gross margin from 13.7% to 18.6%.

Benefiting from higher trading gains in its securities portfolio and moderate growth across its main advertising and e-commerce segments, the Group reported a turnaround to a profit attributable to shareholders of around HK$15.37 million, compared to a loss of HK$1.28 million in the corresponding period last year. Earnings per share were 6.56 HK cents, versus a restated loss of 1.33 HK cents for the same period in 2024.

The Group’s advertising segment, which provides design services and advertising through mobile devices, recorded increased revenue due to continued expansion within Hong Kong’s market. The e-commerce segment, focused on wholesale and platform-based sales of products such as used electronic devices and parts, also contributed positively to overall income.

No interim dividend has been proposed. As at 30 September 2025, cash and bank balances amounted to HK$4.69 million, while total equity stood at HK$61.45 million. The Group had no bank borrowings. The Board of Directors indicated that the focus remains on expanding both the advertising and e-commerce businesses, as well as maintaining a diversified portfolio of trading investments while closely monitoring market conditions.
