Sources familiar with the matter have revealed that Shenzhen-based ZhiJi Dynamics Technology Co., Ltd., known as ZhiJi Dynamics, has submitted a confidential application for a Hong Kong initial public offering, aiming to raise as much as $300 million.
The company is reportedly working with China Securities Co., Ltd. on the listing process. According to insiders, discussions regarding the offering size and timeline are still underway.
ZhiJi Dynamics' Chief Financial Officer, Jesse Liu, recently told the media that the company is preparing for its IPO but declined to provide further details.
Founded in 2022, ZhiJi Dynamics is an embodied intelligence robotics manufacturer that focuses on the research, production, and commercialization of general-purpose robots. Its product lineup includes the fully autonomous humanoid robots Oli and Luna, as well as the modular robot TRON series.
The company counts major investors such as Alibaba Group, JD.com, and IDG Capital among its backers. In July of this year, ZhiJi Dynamics completed a Pre-IPO funding round, securing nearly $200 million and achieving a post-investment valuation of 15 billion yuan.
