The company's shareholders transferred 22.7146 million shares into Merrill Lynch Far East and moved 17.2016 million shares out of Citibank.

In a separate announcement also made on June 9, the company disclosed it had repurchased 1.9728 million A-shares for a total consideration of RMB 42.4334 million. The repurchase price per share ranged between RMB 21.29 and RMB 21.80.
