Aotuo Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the listing review at the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market committee meeting on September 7, according to market sources. The initial public offering, sponsored by Huatai Securities, is slated to raise 525 million yuan.

The company, specializing in the research, development, production, and sale of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), holds the prestigious title of a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. Its core product lineup centers on medium and large-sized PLCs, positioning the firm as one of the earliest domestic pioneers in independent development within this segment.

With nearly two decades of experience dedicated to the localization of PLC technology, Aotuo Technology has cultivated two primary product series: the NA general-purpose line and the NJ autonomous-control line, both achieving software and hardware self-reliance. The company's solutions are now extensively deployed across sectors such as water conservancy and hydropower, petroleum and petrochemicals, marine engineering, rail transit, national defense, municipal infrastructure, and metallurgy.

Overcoming the once-absolute dominance of international brands in China's mid-to-large PLC market, the company has secured a pivotal breakthrough in core controller technology within industrial control systems, facilitating widespread commercial adoption in key application areas. Leveraging a formidable competitive edge in R&D, product innovation, technical support, and quality assurance, Aotuo Technology has forged deep collaborations with leading enterprises across downstream industries, amassing a loyal base of premium, long-term clients.

Through years of industrial practice, the company has honed a profound comprehension of the stringent safety and reliability demands inherent in control systems across its served sectors. By integrating proprietary core technologies, it has engineered product advancements that offer robust support for the modernization and import substitution of critical national infrastructure.

Its PLC products have been integral to numerous autonomous-control projects of strategic importance. Notable applications include the control system upgrade for the Three Gorges Hydropower Station's units under China Three Gorges Corporation, the computer monitoring system for Guizhou Hongjiadu Hydropower Station under Huadian Group, the renovation of the Jiangdu No. 4 pumping station at the South-to-North Water Diversion project's eastern route, and a digital production informatization initiative for Shengli Oilfield under Sinopec.

Beyond these, the technology underpins the safety-controllable BAS system for Qingdao Metro Line 4 based on autonomous PLCs, the gate automation monitoring system for the Huaihe River main channel under Anhui Province Huaihe River Administration, the Ningdong 4*1.5MW wind power retrofitting project, the Fuqing 6.2MW offshore wind initiative, the Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Plant monitoring system upgrade for China Southern Power Grid, and the autonomous-control system retrofit for the ship locks at the Three Gorges North Line.

Financially, the company has demonstrated consistent growth. For the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, Aotuo Technology generated revenues of approximately 197 million yuan, 244 million yuan, and 318 million yuan, respectively. Concurrently, net profits for these periods reached roughly 53.28 million yuan, 89.10 million yuan, and 118 million yuan, underscoring a robust upward trajectory driven by expanding market adoption and operational excellence.
