(Xinghuai Holdings) and has been transferred to the Huaibei State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the date of this announcement, Xinghuai Holdings is wholly owned by the Huaibei SASAC; and (ii) Xinghuai Mining was established on November 25, 2025. As of the date of this announcement, Xinghuai Mining is wholly owned by Xinghuai Holdings, which in turn is wholly owned by the Huaibei SASAC.
