On December 4, the company announced that by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025 (the final acceptance deadline), it had received a total of 9 valid applications and acceptances under the provisional allotment letters, involving an aggregate of 25.6092 million rights issue shares.

This figure represents approximately 20.98% of the total number of rights issue shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

The remaining 96.057 million unsubscribed rights shares and 401,100 rights shares not sold by the excluded shareholders (collectively referred to as the placement shares), equivalent to approximately 79.02% of the total rights shares available for subscription, will be dealt with under the compensation arrangement.
