On 20 March 2026, Sun Hing Printing Holdings Limited announced that its Interim Report for the six months ended 31 December 2025 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sunhingprinting.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Executive Director Mr. Chan Peter Tit Sang, highlighted that shareholders—particularly those whose shares are held through CCASS and are classified as non-registered holders—are encouraged to access the electronic version to promote environmental sustainability and cost efficiency.

Non-registered shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access may request free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted either by prepaid post (no stamp required within Hong Kong) or via email to 1975-ecom@vistra.com. Upon receipt, the company will dispatch printed materials promptly at no cost.

Shareholders preferring to receive future communications electronically should provide a functional email address to the custodians or brokers through whom their shares are held. Until such an address is recorded, Sun Hing Printing will continue to send printed notices of publication.
