SIA Engineering appoints liquidators for dormant subsidiary

SIA Engineering Company Limited announced on Dec, 10 2025 that it has appointed liquidators to commence a member’s voluntary liquidation of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, NexGen Network (2) Holding Pte. Ltd.

The company stated that the process is not expected to have any material impact on its consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026.

SIA Engineering added that none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the liquidation beyond their respective shareholdings in the company.
