An announcement has been issued by the company, revealing that its non-executive director and controlling shareholder, Ms. Yang Yanjuan, has notified the board of a share purchase.

Ms. Yang acquired a total of 5.3696 million ordinary shares in the company through both on-market and off-market transactions between May 26, 2026, and the date of the announcement. This acquisition represents approximately 0.86% of the company's issued share capital as of the announcement date.

In total, from April 27, 2026, to the announcement date, Ms. Yang has purchased 7.262 million ordinary shares through similar transactions, amounting to roughly 1.17% of the issued share capital.

Ms. Yang Yanjuan is the spouse of Mr. Shen Yanchang, who is the company's founder, chairman of the board, non-executive director, and controlling shareholder. Under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571), Ms. Yang and Mr. Shen are deemed to have an interest in the shares held by the other.

Following this latest acquisition, Ms. Yang and Mr. Shen are collectively considered to have an interest in approximately 339 million ordinary shares of the company. This combined holding is equivalent to about 54.61% of the total issued shares as of the announcement date.

The board of directors expressed the view that this share purchase demonstrates Ms. Yang's firm and ongoing confidence in the company's future development prospects and growth potential.
