Elife Holdings Limited confirmed that its capital structure remained unchanged in August 2026, with authorised share capital steady at HKD 300.00 million (3.00 billion ordinary shares at HKD 0.10 par value each). Issued shares totalled 1.63 billion, identical to the July closing figure, and the company held no treasury shares.
The issuer reiterated compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement for its ordinary shares.
Share-based incentives remain a key component of Elife Hldgs’ capital framework. Under the share option scheme approved on 6 March 2026, 83.18 million options were outstanding as of 31 August 2026. No options were exercised or cancelled during the month, leaving issued share capital unaffected. The scheme still allows for up to 135.62 million shares to be issued upon future option exercises.
No movements occurred in warrants, convertible securities, other share-issue agreements, or treasury shares during the period.
Director Zhao Zhenzhong affirmed that all listed securities matters disclosed for the month complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and other regulatory requirements.
