MICROWARE (01985) announced that the group expects to record a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$4 million for the six months ending September 30, 2025, compared to HK$12.2 million in the same period of 2024 (a decrease of about 67.2%). The decline is primarily due to increased operational expenses resulting from business expansion in mainland China.
