Beijing RISC-V Chip Firm ESWIN Computing Clears Hong Kong IPO Hearing With Annual Revenue of 2.43 Billion Yuan

According to documents released by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 21, Beijing ESWIN Computing Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully passed its listing hearing for a main board debut in Hong Kong.

The company operates under a fabless business model, building its product lineup on the RISC-V architecture. Its offerings span human-machine interaction and multimedia processing chips, as well as interconnect and computing chips, with a strategic focus on two primary application areas: intelligent terminals and embodied intelligence.

Financially, the company recorded approximately 2.431 billion yuan in revenue for the full year of 2025, alongside a net loss of 1.516 billion yuan. In the first quarter of 2026, revenue reached 494 million yuan, with a net loss of 375 million yuan for the period and a gross margin of 14.8%.

This marks the company's third submission of its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, filed on July 31, 2026. CITIC Securities and CITIC CLSA are serving as joint sponsors for the proposed listing.

As of December 31, 2024, ESWIN Computing had successfully commercialized more than 100 system-level solutions, serving over 100 clients across the globe.
