China City Infrastructure Group Ltd (HKEX: 02349) has announced a formal change to its corporate name.

The company stated that the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of registration of change of name on June 30, 2026. This certificate confirms the change of its English name from "China City Infrastructure Group Limited" to "China AI Infrastructure Group Limited" and its Chinese name from "中国城市基础设施集团有限公司" to "中国智能基础设施集团有限公司".

Furthermore, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of change of name of non-Hong Kong company on July 13, 2026. This document confirms the registration of the company's new English name "China AI Infrastructure Group Limited" and new Chinese name "中国智能基础设施集团有限公司" in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).

The company's shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong under the new English stock short name "CHINA AI INFRA" and the new Chinese stock short name "中国智能基础设施". This change will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on July 27, 2026.

The company's stock code will remain unchanged as 02349.
