SITC International Holdings Company Limited (SITC) has scheduled a board meeting for 22 October 2026 to consider and approve the declaration of a special dividend.

The company stated that details of the potential special dividend will be released in a subsequent announcement should the board grant its approval. Until a final decision is disclosed, shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when trading SITC shares.
