Significant changes to the board of directors at SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) have been confirmed, effective from July 22, 2026.

Mr. Li Tianzhang has resigned from his roles as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and as a member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Mr. Wang Wenbo and Mr. Li Li have both resigned from their positions as Executive Directors.

Mr. Kang Jian has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and as a member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, succeeding Mr. Li Tianzhang.

Mr. Liu Yao and Ms. Wang Zhupin have been appointed as Executive Directors.

Mr. Liu Zhijie has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board.
