WebX Holding Group Limited, formerly known as China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group Limited, disclosed that its unaudited consolidated net asset value (NAV) per HK$0.02 share stood at HK$0.0166 as of 31 July 2026.

At this level, the reported NAV represents approximately 83% of the share’s par value, providing stakeholders with an updated reference point for the company’s book equity position.

The announcement was released on 14 August 2026. As of that date, the board comprises one executive director, Mr. Sun Bo; four non-executive directors—Mr. Zhuang Jiyong (Chairman), Mr. Xiao Qiuli, Ms. Zhang Aiping and Mr. Zhao Yanfeng; and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Mok Ho Ming, Mr. Wong Yan Wai George and Ms. Pong Joanne Chiu Yan.
