Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the repurchase of 25,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 10 2026.

The shares were acquired at prices between US$60.60 and US$62.23 each, with a weighted average purchase price of about US$61.85. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital comprises approximately 294.21 million ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
