On January 26, 2026, the group established a subsidiary in China to support the operational and sales activities of its SaaS solutions and innovative digital products business within the country. The primary functions of this subsidiary include, but are not limited to, formulating marketing plans, expanding the sales network, and overseeing the technical upgrades and research and development for PAS.
