JIANGSU HORIZON (02625) has released its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The Group reported revenue of RMB 1.544 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 14.29%. Profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 36.628 million, a decrease of 14.26% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.18.

The increase in revenue was primarily attributed to higher income generated from general sales, wholesale, supply, and meal sales within the Group's retail business. The decrease in profit was mainly due to increased listing expenses and impairment losses on trade and other receivables, which were partially offset by a reduction in employee costs.
