On 30 October 2025, BUTONG GROUP informed its non-registered shareholders of a new approach to communicating with holders of its securities. In compliance with Rule 2.07 under the expanded paperless listing regime, the company will adopt electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications – including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, and circulars – effective 31 December 2023.

Both English and Chinese versions of each corporate communication will be published online at www.butong.com and www.hkexnews.hk. Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide their email addresses via their banks, brokers, custodians, or other intermediaries to ensure prompt updates. Those preferring printed versions can request them through the reply form provided or by emailing butonggroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
