TRIGIANT (01300) has announced a positive profit forecast for the 2025 financial year. The company expects to record a profit of approximately RMB 1 billion, a significant turnaround compared to the audited loss of about RMB 8 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. This shift to profitability is primarily attributed to better-than-expected recovery of trade receivables. An initial assessment indicates a net reversal of impairment losses of approximately RMB 29 million under the expected credit loss model for 2025, contrasting with a net impairment loss of about RMB 126 million under the same model in 2024.
The company continues to advance in the high-end telecommunications manufacturing sector, strengthening its research and development capabilities and recruiting talented professionals. For its 2025 operations, benefiting from the rapid growth in the intelligent computing center industry, TRIGIANT has been optimizing its customer and order portfolio. Its key products, including power cables, signal cables, and optical cables, are gaining increasing recognition from customers in the AIDC field, leading to accelerated revenue growth. While consolidating its presence in the domestic market, the company is also actively expanding into overseas markets.
TRIGIANT anticipates its total revenue for the 2025 financial year will reach approximately RMB 2.64 billion, representing a 5.2% increase compared to the 2024 revenue of about RMB 2.51 billion.
