Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD) has formally adopted a paperless approach for all future corporate communications, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B.
Effective immediately, materials such as directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.pcpd.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will only be dispatched upon specific request.
Current corporate documents—including the latest circular, notice of Special General Meeting and proxy form—are already available online in both English and Chinese. Shareholders who previously opted for printed versions will find copies enclosed with the notification letter dated 5 May 2026; earlier standing instructions for hard-copy delivery have now lapsed.
Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is on record, PCPD will continue to send a printed notification letter alerting shareholders when new documents are posted online.
Those preferring hard copies can submit a Reply Form to the company’s branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email pcpd@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and language preference.
Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours. The company emphasises that no further action is required from shareholders who accept electronic communications by default.
