KAISA PROSPER (02168) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of approximately RMB822 million, down about 8.5% year-on-year; gross profit of approximately RMB204 million, down about 20.2% year-on-year; profit attributable to owners of RMB47.821 million, up 7.84% year-on-year; and earnings per share of RMB0.31.
Property management services generated total revenue of approximately RMB695 million, down about 1.8% year-on-year. The decrease was mainly due to the company's strategic exit from underperforming projects, resulting in a corresponding reduction in gross floor area under management.
Total revenue from value-added services to owners was approximately RMB80.3 million, down about 5.3% year-on-year. This decrease was primarily attributed to weak consumer spending and intensified industry competition in the market environment.
Revenue from non-owner value-added services decreased by about 55.6% year-on-year to RMB47 million.
According to the announcement, the performance improvement was mainly due to reduced provision for impairment losses on trade receivables from related parties and lower administrative expenses during the period compared to the same period in 2024.
As of June 30, 2025, the group's property management services covered 77 cities across 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, with a total gross floor area under management of 99.9 million square meters and a total of 707 properties under management, including 334 residential communities and 373 non-residential properties. The company maintains a diversified property portfolio and aims to accelerate the development of public urban services, transforming into a comprehensive management service provider.
