According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a notable change in shareholdings occurred for WEIGAO GROUP (HKEX: 01066) on June 2nd.

The total value of shares involved in the transfer reached HK$549 million, representing 3.48% of the company's issued share capital.

In this movement, a shareholder transferred 85.4525 million shares into BNP Paribas and moved 103 million shares out of HSBC Holdings PLC.

In a separate corporate action, Weigao Group announced that on May 29th, 2026, it spent approximately HK$1.1986 million to repurchase 360,000 of its own shares.
