Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited has formally released its latest Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.lchi.com.hk) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been mailed to shareholders who had not previously indicated a communication preference.

To comply with section 833 of Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance, the board is requesting new registered shareholders to consent to electronic delivery of future corporate communications. If no written objection is received within 28 days of the request—on or before 14 May 2026—shareholders will be deemed to have accepted website-based dissemination for all subsequent materials.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications, or those experiencing difficulties accessing online versions, may submit a written request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email lchi@computershare.com.hk. Upon receipt of such a request, printed documents will be dispatched at no cost.

The company is also collecting email addresses to streamline electronic notifications. Investors can provide contact details by scanning a personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare. Absent a valid email address, the registrar will continue sending printed notification letters and actionable corporate communications by post.
