Synertone Communication Corporation (SYNERTONE) announced that Mr. See Hiu Lun has stepped down as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective 3 July 2026.

Concurrently, the board appointed Mr. Liu Tsz Kit to both roles from the same date. Mr. Liu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and brings extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and listed-company compliance, including prior positions at a major accountancy firm and finance and company secretary roles at Hong Kong-listed entities.

The board expressed its gratitude to Mr. See for his service and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Liu. As of the announcement date, Synertone’s board comprises executive directors Mr. Han Weining and Mr. You Yiyang, alongside independent non-executive directors Ms. Li Mingqi, Mr. Xu Wei, and Mr. Xu Dongsen.
