SFK Delays Circular on Planned Subsidiary Disposal, Seeks Listing Rules Waiver

SFK Construction Holdings Limited has postponed the release of its shareholder circular for the proposed disposal of a subsidiary, originally due on or before 22 July 2026.

The company explained that additional time is needed to prepare and finalise the requisite financial information for inclusion in the circular. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 14.41(a), SFK was required to dispatch the document within 15 business days of its 30 June 2026 announcement. To comply, SFK has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for a waiver from the deadline.

SFK stated that it will issue a further announcement once the Stock Exchange has ruled on the waiver request and a new dispatch date is confirmed.
