SE ASIA PPT (00252) announced that on August 20, 2025, Wah Kwok Hotel Properties Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) as borrower, and the Company together with Wah Kwok Hotel Management Limited and Nam Sing Plastic Factory Limited (both subsidiaries of the Company) as guarantors, entered into a credit agreement with a bank as lender. Under this credit agreement, the lender has granted the borrower a term credit facility with a maximum principal amount of HK$285 million.
