On August 28, Chagee Holdings Limited released its 2025 Pet-Friendly Season public welfare report. Since August 17, 135 designated stores nationwide and 20 pet-friendly themed stores have simultaneously launched the pet-friendly season campaign. During the event, Chagee integrated its signature product "Boya Juexian" into pet interaction experiences and partnered with the Ta Foundation to initiate pet welfare activities through both online and offline channels.
During the pet-friendly season, approximately 45,000 consumers participated in Chagee's WeChat mini-program "Good Pet Friends Going Home Plan," donating over 90,000 "companionship points" to support scientific rescue operations for stray animals. Multiple stores also launched love meal packages for stray pets, cumulatively donating 2.6 tons of pet food for stray animals.
From August 20 to August 24, Chagee appeared at the 27th Asia Pet Fair, hosting "CHAGEE Offline Adoption Day," where they received approximately 50 adoption application reports on-site. Chagee stores across different regions also actively participated in local pet welfare initiatives. The Shanghai Suhewan store invited 5 stray animals to serve as chief welcome officers; the Shandong subsidiary installed stray cat shelters in multiple communities; Hainan consumers participated in daily care of stray animals under the guidance of the Haikou Small Animal Protection Association; Beijing's hundred stores launched adoption bulletin boards; and Shanxi partnered with the Taiyuan Small Animal Rescue Association to donate cat shelters, sunshades, cat food, and dog food, covering rescue bases across multiple regions.
