BENG SOON MACH (01987) announced that the group has recently been awarded four demolition contracts in Singapore. The projects include: (i) demolition work at a chemical plant on Jurong Island; (ii) factory demolition projects for JTC Corporation at various locations; (iii) demolition of a chemical plant in western Singapore; and (iv) structural demolition work at a power station.

The power station project is particularly significant due to its high technical complexity. It involves dismantling large industrial structures and tall chimneys at one of Singapore's major power generation facilities, requiring advanced demolition engineering techniques, stringent environmental protection measures, and rigorous safety controls. This project highlights the group's strong capabilities in handling technically demanding and large-scale industrial projects.

The total revenue generated from these four projects is estimated to exceed SGD 30 million, roughly equivalent to the group's average annual revenue over the past two years. Major project works are expected to be completed by the end of 2026, demonstrating the group's efficiency in project execution.

The board believes that the award of these contracts reflects clients' continued trust in the group's technical expertise and track record. These projects are expected to contribute positively to the group's future business and financial performance.
