Planet Labs' stock was skyrocketing Thursday after the satellite-imaging company delivered a record annual performance and forecast even bigger numbers to come. Shares $(PL)$ were up 13% in overnight trading.

FedEx announced fiscal third-quarter earnings per share of $5.25 from sales of $24 billion. Wall Street was looking for earnings per share of $4.15 from sales of $23.5 billion. A year ago, FedEx reported fiscal 2025 third-quarter earnings per share of $4.51 on sales of $22.2 billion. FedEx stock was up 10% in overnight trading.

Shares of Firefly Aerospace rose after the company narrowed its loss in the fourth quarter as revenue jumped, fueled by executions across multiple launch, spacecraft and ground programs. The stock climbed 7% in overnight trading.

Supermicro said the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York unsealed an indictment of three individuals associated with the company over an alleged conspiracy to commit export-control violations. Supermicro tumbled 12% in overnight trading.
