GOLDWIND (02208) announced that Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd (referred to as "Goldwind Australia"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (referred to as "Goldwind International"), has signed a Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd, under which Goldwind Australia will provide wind turbine supply and installation services.

GOLDWIND has signed a Parent Company Guarantee Agreement with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd to guarantee Goldwind Australia's performance responsibilities and obligations under the aforementioned Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement. The guarantee amount is AUD 383 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 1.786 billion), with a guarantee period from the signing date of the Parent Company Guarantee Agreement until six months after the expiration of the defect liability period (estimated from September 26, 2025 to September 21, 2030).
