China Energy Development Holdings Limited issued a shareholder notice on 29 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.cnenergy.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that shareholders access the report online to expedite delivery and reduce printing costs. Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will find a hard copy of the Current Corporate Communication enclosed with the notice.

Those experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access may request printed copies of the Annual Report and all future corporate communications at no charge. Requests should be submitted by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic notices. Until a functional email address is on file, all publication notices and actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form.
