A major public welfare project has been launched with the start of construction for the Second High School of Gui'an New Area University Town, strengthening the area's basic education infrastructure.

Located in the core area of the Gui'an New Area University Town, the project covers a total land area of approximately 120,000 square meters, with a total building area of 68,000 square meters. The campus will feature complete facilities, including teaching buildings, ancillary support rooms, student dormitories, a cafeteria, a standard sports field, special function classrooms, and civil air defense and equipment support rooms.

The school is planned to have 60 high school classes, accommodating 3,000 students upon completion. Once operational, the project will effectively expand the total number of public high school seats in the new area, optimize the regional distribution of basic education resources, and solidify the hardware foundation for Gui'an's high-quality education development.

The project is being built on behalf of the owner by Shuzhi Chancheng Company, a subsidiary of Gui'an Industrial Control Group. During the preliminary work phase, the construction party strictly implemented a list-based and chart-based management model, efficiently coordinating all approval processes including project feasibility studies, preliminary design, planning permits, construction drawing review, budget review, and project bidding. This ensured that all preconditions for construction were fully met, guaranteeing the project started on schedule.

Currently, all types of construction machinery and equipment have been brought onto the site, with site leveling and foundation construction underway simultaneously. The project has entered a phase of accelerated construction. Moving forward, Shuzhi Chancheng Company will strictly adhere to safety production and project quality standards, consolidate the responsibilities of the construction, construction, supervision, and design parties, refine construction schedules, coordinate the deployment of personnel, building materials, and engineering machinery, and strictly implement full-process quality and safety supervision and standardized civilized construction requirements. The company will efficiently advance the construction of individual school buildings and outdoor supporting facilities, striving to ensure the project is completed and delivered on schedule.
