NetEase has launched its 2026 spring campus recruitment program. This year's recruitment scale has significantly expanded compared to previous years, offering nearly 2,000 internship positions with the possibility of conversion to full-time roles for the class of 2027 graduates. The open positions cover various fields including research and development, planning, art, and operations. A representative from NetEase's campus recruitment team stated that the total number of intern hires has increased by 70% compared to last year, with the hiring scale for technical positions doubling. The overall conversion rate from internship to full-time employment exceeds 50%, reaching nearly 70% for core R&D positions. During last fall's campus recruitment drive, NetEase onboarded 1,500 new graduates.
