Tungtex publishes 2026 Annual Report, AGM Circular and ESG Report; details shareholder access arrangements

Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited announced on 24 July 2026 that five key corporate documents are now available online:

1. 2026 Annual Report 2. Circular dated 24 July 2026 3. Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting 4. Proxy Form 5. 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report

Both English and Chinese versions can be viewed or downloaded from the company’s website (www.tungtex.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online versions, or who prefer hard copies, may request printed documents free of charge. A completed request form should be returned to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the enclosed prepaid mailing label or via email to tungtex518-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding Tungtex shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing an email address to their respective intermediaries. Until a functional email is supplied, notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form.
