SuXin Services' HK$12.85 Million Share Transfer Shifts 10.30% of Holdings from Citibank

A significant position change has been recorded for SuXin Services (02152) on September 7, according to the latest filings from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transfer involved a total market value of HK$12.8468 million, representing 10.30% of the company's issued shares.

The company's shareholder moved 2.682 million shares into China Merchants Bank, while simultaneously transferring the same 2.682 million shares out of Citibank. This reallocation of holdings marks a notable shift in the stock's custody arrangement among major financial institutions.

In a separate development, SuXin Services also released its interim financial results for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026. The group reported revenue of RMB 519 million, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 6.74%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 34.785 million, up 1.08% compared to the same period last year, with earnings per share standing at RMB 0.34.

These figures indicate steady growth for the company amid the recent share custody adjustments, as investors continue to monitor the stock's performance in the Hong Kong market.
