China Strategic Technology Group Limited (1725) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 11 February 2026, at which three resolutions related to two Subscription Agreements and one Placing Agreement were presented for shareholder approval. As of the EGM record date, the total number of shares in issue was 604,074,000. A total of 98,929,553 shares were held by HKATH (BVI) and Vision (with Vision wholly owning HKATH (BVI)), constituting approximately 16.38% of the issued share capital; these shares and their voting rights were abstained from the poll in accordance with the Listing Rules, leaving 505,144,447 shares eligible to vote.

According to poll results, each resolution secured approximately 99.46% approval with 0.54% opposition, thereby surpassing the required 50% threshold. Except for one director who was absent due to other commitments, all members of the Board either attended in person or joined via electronic means. The resolutions were thus duly passed and verified by the appointed scrutineer.
