Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. reported that group revenue grew 4.0% year-on-year to 54.7 million Singapore dollars for the quarter ended Jun, 30 2026, buoyed by solid performances in its Food & Beverage, Motors and Leasing divisions.

Revenue from Yoma F&B climbed 32.2% to 11.9 million Singapore dollars, supported by same-store sales growth of 27.4%, same-store transaction growth of 7.8% and the addition of four new KFC and one new YKKO restaurants since Jun, 30 2025. As at quarter-end, the Group operated 40 KFC and 46 YKKO outlets across Myanmar and Thailand.

The Motors segment recorded a 142.4% surge in revenue to 8.0 million Singapore dollars, led by passenger vehicles, where sales rose to 6.0 million Singapore dollars on deliveries of 135 cars versus 17 a year earlier. Heavy equipment revenue eased 16.7% to 2.0 million Singapore dollars due to fewer Hino truck sales compared with the prior year’s bulk order.

Leasing arm Yoma Fleet posted an 18.2% revenue increase to 1.3 million Singapore dollars as stronger utilisation of an expanded fleet (533 vehicles versus 496) and higher rental rates supported growth.

Yoma Land saw revenue fall 15.3% to 27.6 million Singapore dollars, reflecting completion of earlier project phases. Nevertheless, the unit held 88.1 million Singapore dollars in unrecognised revenue from sold units as at Jun, 30 2026, providing earnings visibility as construction progresses over the next 18–24 months.

Mobile Financial Services provider Wave Money registered a 20.8% revenue decline to 4.2 million Singapore dollars amid its pivot from a remittance-based model to a broader digital financial platform. Transaction volumes, however, rose 39.0%, with digital transactions up 43.6% year-on-year, and the merchant network expanding 14.6% to 214,000.

Revenue from the Investment and Corporate segment, chiefly logistics arm KOSPA, advanced 30.8% to 1.7 million Singapore dollars, driven by expanded warehouse services and transport pricing adjustments.

“The Group delivered another quarter of growth, underpinned by the strength of its diversified portfolio,” Chairman and CEO Melvyn Pun said, adding that management remains focused on disciplined execution and progressing towards restarting the Yoma Central project in phases.
