Keppel Infrastructure Trust said its trustee-manager, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., received written approval from the Energy Market Authority on Jun, 13 2026 for the planned acquisition of an additional 39% interest in Keppel Merlimau Cogen Pte Ltd.

Completion of the transaction is still subject to unitholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting set for Jun, 18 2026. If endorsed, the deal is expected to close on Jun, 30 2026, eight business days after the meeting.
