CGN Power Co., Ltd. has confirmed that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will convene at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, followed immediately by the 2026 First H Shareholders’ Class Meeting at 3:30 p.m. on the same day. Both sessions will take place at South Tower, CGN Building, No. 2002 Shennan Road, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, PRC.

Shareholders are advised to attend and exercise their voting rights at the two meetings, which were originally scheduled and formally announced in the company’s circular dated 20 April 2026.

The notice was issued on 15 May 2026 under the authority of the Board, with Chief Financial Officer, Joint Company Secretary and Board Secretary Yin Engang signing on behalf of the company.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises one executive director (Mr. Pang Songtao), four non-executive directors (Mr. Yang Changli, Ms. Li Li, Mr. Feng Jian and Mr. Liu Huanbing) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Wong Ming Fung, Mr. Li Fuyou and Ms. Xu Hua).
