Jiangxi Copper confirmed the composition of its Board of Directors and four specialised committees, effective 7 July 2026.

The Board now comprises: • Executive Directors – Zhou Shaobing (Deputy Chairman), Gao Jian-min, Liang Qing and Yu Minxin. • Employee Director – Miao Shenggang. • Independent Non-executive Directors – Wang Feng, Lai Dan, Liu Shuying and Liu Zhihong.

Committee assignments are as follows: 1. Audit Committee: chaired by Lai Dan, with Wang Feng, Liu Shuying and Liu Zhihong as members. 2. Remuneration Committee: chaired by Wang Feng, joined by Lai Dan, Liu Shuying and Liu Zhihong. 3. Nomination Committee: comprised of Wang Feng, Lai Dan, Liu Shuying and Liu Zhihong. 4. Environmental, Social and Governance Development Committee: led by Deputy Chairlady Liu Shuying, with Zhou Shaobing and Yu Minxin as members.
