Bama Tea Repurchases 109,000 H Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 572,200 Units

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. reported that it bought back 109,000 H shares on 1 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 31.64 to HKD 32.20 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 31.92. The total cash outlay amounted to HKD 3.48 million.

Following the transaction, Bama Tea’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.13 % to 84.35 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 572,200. The company’s total share count remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 21 April 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 5.30 million shares. To date, Bama Tea has repurchased 572,200 shares under this mandate, representing 1.08 % of the company’s issued shares as at the approval date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfers of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
