CHINA EDU GROUP (00839) announced its annual results for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB7.363 billion, representing an 11.9% year-on-year increase. Profit attributable to shareholders surged 133.7% YoY to RMB977 million, with basic earnings per share of RMB0.3551.

As of August 2025, the group had approximately 282,000 full-time students, up 5% YoY, including about 243,000 higher education students, a 9% increase. During the reporting period, the group enrolled around 87,000 new full-time students across its member schools in China, with approximately 75,000 in higher education.

By October 2025, the group's full-time student count for the 2025/26 academic year grew by 0.2% YoY, while higher education student numbers rose by 2.8%.
